Beauty: First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads Review

I tried the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream, a month or so back now and I really liked it, so when I seen that the brand done facial pads, I was excited to give them a whirl.

I absolutely adore facial pads, and I use them every morning straight after I have washed my face. Religiously.

The First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads are housed in a white sturdy pot, when you open the lid there is a light fruity smell, but as the pads have cucumber extract in, this neutralises the fruity scent a little. It is a pleasurable scent, one I feel everyone would like.

Described as a gentle renewing treatment that brightens, tones and exfoliates the skin, the pads are circular, and very wet. I use one, and wipe my whole face, they feel cooling and soothing on the skin, and the skin also feels a little tighter. I then continue with my serum, and moisturiser.

The pads have glycolic and hyaluronic acid in, which both renew and improve overall skin tone.
The main ingredients are water and aloe, so they also feel very cooling and soothing when using them.

If you like the Nip+Fab Gylcolic Fix Extreme Pads , then I think you would really love these.

These pads are similar in so many ways,  they are not harsh, exfoliate skin, and make it feel super soft and appear more luminous instantly.

I always use facial pads of a morning, as I feel they prep the skin immensely, they help to buff off any dead skin, and leave the skin feeling super soft. Down to this factor, I also see a huge difference when applying foundation, concealer, etc.

As I have always used similar pads, like Nip+Fab I feel I haven't seen any drastic long term improvements using the pads, but I know that they have kept up the good work that the Nip+Fab pads brought to the table, which included: Improved skin tone and less blemishes popping up.

I have used these for a month now, and I am so impressed. I would repurchase at the drop of a hat. They cost £22 for 60 pads, which works out at just under 37p per pad, and I feel they are totally worth this price.

Have you tried anything from First Aid Beauty?

  1. I friggin love First Aid Beauty, their face washes have always worked so well with my skin, not overly drying and never seem to cause a break out! I'm not a a huge fan of wipes/pads BUT these would be great for travelling, no having to worry about leakage or the need to find warm running water!

  3. I tried these but I just didn't think they were as good as my beloved Nip and Fab pads, but I'm obsessed with exfoliating toner pads like you xx
