Easter Crafts & Fun

Easter isn't just about stuffing chocolate shaped eggs in your gob.
Okay, well it is a bit about that.

The craft side is just as exciting though, don't you think?

Making easter bonnets, baking, sticking sparkly things on things, and making stuff look pretty - well I could do that all the live long day.

So thought I would chat about some stuff we love to get up to in our house.

easter
Easter Bonnets: Most people with kiddies make an Easter Bonnet, but I just had to make you aware of the amazing cheap packs on eBay, just search "Easter Bonnet Craft Sets". Some are around £3 with delivery. They also have all sorts of decorations, crafts and baking kits. All super cheap and delivered the next day.

Rice Krispie Cakes: Obviously rice crispy cakes = EASTER , but this one is just a little bit special, and the kids love it.
Layered Easter Cake. There is 2 layers the top is a basic Rice Krispie mix, but the bottom layer has a thick layer of Rice Krispie's with melted Terry's Chocolate Orange, mmmmm and then all finished with almonds, mini eggs, and pieces of Terry's Chocolate Orange. Double mmmmmmmm.

Egg Painting: I think this is my all time favourite thing ever, I always done this as a child, and it brings back lovely memories. Face on a egg? What could be better? There is cheap kits available on eBay and Home & Bargains.

Lush Easter Bath Bombs: What I buy all the kiddies in my life. If anything like me, I can imagine you parents have had enough of them bouncing off the walls from all the chocolate, so what is better than a Lush EASTER bath bomb? Plus the carrot ones are just a must have, how much fun?

I hope you all have a fabulous Easter, what are your traditions?
