Beauty: Deciem Hylamide HA Blur Prismatic Surface Hydrator Primer Review

Today I am talking about a little beauty that is doing the rounds at the moment The Hylamide HA Blur Primer*  It is a face primer that claims to plump skin, minimise pores and hydrate, but its big claim is that this is all achieved,  without the use of silicone.

So I ain't gonna lie, I think we all have at least one of the above issues we would like to address??

Mine would be plumping them fine lines to kingdom come.

So shhhhhh I got some something to tell you, you're gonna bloomin love this!!

Food: Sweet Potato, Aubergine & Turkey Bake

This recipe is so quick to make, and the flavours packed into each layer are just delightful.

If you are a regular reader of this blog then you will know I use fresh chilli on a lot of my dishes. It ain't half as scary as it looks, and with this dish particularly, I feel it is a key component as it adds a kick, crunch and a lovely warming flavours against the cheesy sweet potato and aubergine topping.

This takes 10 minutes to make, and the oven does the rest.

Lets get cracking.

Beauty: The Body Shop Oils Of Life Intensely Revitalising Facial Oil

If you are a tad partial to popping over to this neck of the woods, you may know that my favourite "must have" skincare item that I added to my night-time routine in recent years, is a facial oil. The difference it has made to my skin condition, and appearance is astounding.

I picked the The Body Shop Oils of Life Facial Oil around four weeks ago now. I initially was drew in by the packaging, but then on further inspection reading the description - I knew I had to try it.

Food: The Health File - Including Free PDF Sample Download

Ahhhh food, one of life's most precious gifts. I love it so much, (no big revelation there) but I am also constantly "trying" to improve my diet and health, and exploring new ways to enjoy tasty food. I feel so down when I am eating rubbish. Over the years I have become so conscious about my diet, and strive to feed my body, on the whole - with as much goodness as poss.

To be able to cook basic healthy meals for ourselves and families, I feel, is just as important as getting up and going to work.  But I do get it isn't that easy for some people. Some people feel they don't have the time, money or worst of all -  the skills to cook.

I was self-taught, and made some horrific meals along the way.
So basically if I can do it, anyone can.

If you want to lose weight, eat better, learn to cook, or just love food but looking to improve your diet,  well this is a great place to start.
